Modification of the agreement

TriceNARI reserves all the right to alter in full or any part of the Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions, as and when modified, of the Terms of Use will appear on this website and will be effective immediately. You agree that TriceNARI might or might not send you the notices by email regarding changes in the terms and conditions as and when deemed necessary. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use. Continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your automatic consent to such changes in the terms of use.

Indemnity

You expressly state that all the information and details supplied by you to TriceNARI are correct and do not contain any fraudulent or misleading facts. TriceNARI expressly disclaims any liability arising out of the said information supplied by you. Further, you agree to indemnify TriceNARI for all losses incurred by TriceNARI due to any fraudulent or misleading facts or otherwise objectionable averments made by the user on all the channels/mediums of TriceNARI. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify TriceNARI against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of services provided by TriceNARI, violation of these Terms of use or any other actions connected with use of the content and services, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and lawyers' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, TriceNARI will provide you with a written notice of such claim, suit or action. Content in te users' stories is provided by the user herself. TriceNARI disclaims any warranties against infringement.

Terms of use

TriceNARI reserves all rights to delete any information supplied by the user without assigning any reason. You must respond to the queries sent in the email by TriceNARI within 7 days, failing which, TriceNARI shall stand absolved of all its obligation, if any. The liability, if any, of TriceNARI is limited to the extent of the amount paid by the subscriber. The User of the services does not claim any Copyright or Intellectual Property Right over the data supplied to TriceNARI. TriceNARI assumes no responsibility or liability for any improper use of information relating to credit cards / debit cards used by the subscriber online / off-line. TriceNARI shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any any information being compromised concerning the user's account and / or information relating to online transactions. In the case of unauthorised payments / payment rejected / transaction marked as high-risk / stolen or fraud cards / chargeback or refund, either written or verbal to the bank / credit card company / payment gateway, TriceNARI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your services with immediate effect. TriceNARI does not send any SPAMs but assumes no responsibility or liability fo any a third party that uses subsciber's email/contact number for spaming in the form of emails/calls/sms.

Disclaimer

TriceNARI offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response from any of the partner that works with TriceNARI. TriceNARI neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials bonafides, status or otherwise of the prospective organization/third-party/partner/affiliate. TriceNARI would not be held liable for loss of any data from information supplied by user due to any natural calamities as well as reasons beyond its control like data corruption or tampering of data by hackers.

Refunds and Cancelation

The subscription amount once paid for by the subscribers for any paid service at TriceNARI or through TriceNARI (to partnering companies, affilaites et cetera) is not refundable and amount paid on behalf of the subscriber shall stand appropriated.

Jurisdiction of India

The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Delhi/New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
